Public–private dialogue
Engagement with state institutions, ministries and development agencies on regulatory pathways and investment frameworks.
CntrBiz-CA connects exporters, investors, manufacturers, government bodies and chambers of commerce with the opportunities, networks and infrastructure of Central Asia. We operate where others only advise.
Partnership-ready format
CntrBiz-CA is structured to engage the institutions that actually move international cooperation forward — public bodies, chambers, exporters, investors and cross-border tracks. Below: the five formats in which we engage.

Operating fundamentals
Services
We help manufacturers and suppliers from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan reach international buyers. Full-cycle support — from buyer identification and contract structuring to logistics and final delivery.
For international companies, investors and government bodies entering Central Asia. We deliver market analysis, legal-entity selection, partner identification, regulatory navigation and negotiation support — through to first transaction.
We structure international commodity transactions and multimodal logistics chains across Central Asia — leveraging the Middle Corridor, Caspian and Persian Gulf routes, and overland connections to China.
We accompany foreign investors and manufacturers establishing production facilities in Kazakhstan, with subsequent export to home and third markets. End-to-end support across every stage of investment.
We provide full-cycle legal support for companies entering or operating in Central Asia. From company registration to licensing, our expert network coordinates every compliance step.
We help Central Asian producers reach global marketplaces and B2B platforms, build digital supply chains, and modernize trade operations across the region.
Regional outlook
Central Asia is no longer a peripheral market. The region sits at the intersection of the world's largest economies, and a new era of Eurasian connectivity is rewriting global trade routes.
Combined OTS GDP
The Organization of Turkic States — Kazakhstan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan — has emerged as a unified economic bloc with combined GDP exceeding $2 trillion and 178 million people. Intra-OTS trade reached $58 billion in 2024, nearly doubling in recent years, with the Turkic Investment Fund deploying $1 billion into joint infrastructure from 2025.
Kazakhstan stands at the centre — a top-10 global producer of critical raw materials, a rising logistics hub, and one of the fastest-growing economies in the Eurasian space.
Engagement model
A clear five-step path from first conversation to long-term partnership. No templates, no hand-offs.
We map your objectives, constraints and the specific opportunity you are pursuing.
We identify the institutions, decision-makers, counterparties and logistics nodes relevant to your case.
We design the operating model — legal entity, partner framework, regulatory pathway, documentation.
We act. Introductions, negotiations, documentation and deal closure. You receive outcomes, not reports.
Most clients stay beyond the first project. We become your permanent operational layer in Central Asia.
